Attorney Profile

Upon graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2003, Kevin M. Carr began his professional legal career. He worked first as a law clerk and then as an Assistant State’s Attorney. During his time working in the Baltimore County State Attorney’s Office, Kevin gained a deep appreciation for the complexities of the legal system. In particular, he was struck to see the challenges facing individuals and families unfamiliar with how the legal system operates.

As such, Kevin M. Carr believes it is essential for his clients to understand their legal situation so that they can make well-informed decisions. No matter your court involvement, Kevin will help you to understand the intricacies of how the court operates and make sense of dense legal jargon. That way, you can make the right legal choices that are best for you. With extensive experience practicing in the district, circuit, and juvenile courts, Kevin M. Carr is ready to offer expert legal services across legal settings.

In addition to offering criminal defense services, the Law Offices of Kevin M. Carr have also assisted clients with all different types of personal injury and worker’s compensation claims.

Kevin M. Carr is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, and Baltimore County Bar Association. In 2001, Attorney Carr was honored with the Star Award by the Baltimore County Department of Social Services for his pro-bono work offered to victims of domestic violence.
